Luna Lovegood is one of the most distinctive characters in Harry Potter. She is also known as Loony Lovegood by Hogwarts students. She dreamily wanders the halls of Hogwarts, only half paying attention to everything going on around her, thinking about some creatures that most people don’t believe even exist.
